Nissan Frontier Desert Runner
The biggest upgrade from the standard Frontier is under the hood: MA Motorsports replaced the standard V6 engine with a 5.6-liter Endurance V8 from Nissan’s Titan full-size pickup. The engine was then subjected to a complete race-spec rebuild with the addition of a Garrett turbocharger — the end result is 600-plus horsepower and 700 lb-ft of torque. The Desert Runner also features a full package of off-road lighting from Rigid Industries, as well as a body wrap by Speed Designs.
