The Road to Pebble Beach
Each summer for the last 18 years, a group of adventurous car collectors gathered in August on the outskirts of Seattle to begin the Pebble Beach Motoring Classic —  an amazing road trip to California prior to the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance collector car show and competition. An anually changing group of gregarious car folks would pilot their rolling works of art about 1,500 miles through the mountains and along the Pacific Coast, arriving in Pebble Beach just in time for the Concours, in which many cars of the Motoring Classic were entered.
