Something Special
A MINI is one of the most recognizable cars on the road, no matter which version or body style. And although easy to spot, all MINIs don’t look the same — in fact, owners often customize their MINIs for a personal touch, or purchase one of the many limited-edition versions the brand sells periodically. Now MINI comes to market with three special editions for the 2023 model year to provide more choices for MINI buyers who desire something special.

Distinct Personalities
Each of these special MINIs has a distinct personality, differentiated by unique paint colors, trim style and interior materials, and each gets paired with a specific model — the first time MINI has special editions available for all current models at the same time. The three special editions are the Resolute, Untamed and Untold and, to avoid any confusion, these are special editions not limited editions — there will be plenty available for those who want one.

MINI Resolute Edition
The Resolute edition is available on the MINI Cooper S in all body styles: 2-Door, 4-Door and Convertible. The Resolute will also be available for the all-electric Cooper SE. These special MINIs stand out with Rebel Green exterior paint — a color that had been reserved for the high-performance MINI John Cooper Works edition. This eye-catching color contrasts well with a Pepper White roof and mirror caps. The convertible gets a slightly different look thanks to its black soft-top and black mirrors.

Bronze Trim
Further complements to the Rebel Green color come courtesy of a Resolute Bronze trim finish throughout the car. The radiator grille, headlight surrounds, taillight surrounds, air intakes and fuel filler cap all have the bronze treatment. Two bronze stripes adorn the Resolute hood (or bonnet as the Brits call it) with a unique pattern of parallel lines creating a stylish look. The 18-inch alloy wheels in Pulse Spoke Black complete the package.

Inside
The MINI Resolute editions are fitted with sport seats trimmed in a Black Pearl / Light Chequered material that contrasts with the Rebel Green exterior. Trim pieces on the dash feature a gold pinstripe that mimics the pattern of the striping on the hood, further enhanced by custom ambient lighting. Resolute Edition badging can be found on the door sills as well as at the base of the steering wheel.

MINI Untold Edition
MINI refers to the Untold Edition as “Sporty Understatement,” and it is available on the MINI Cooper S Clubman, Cooper S Clubman All4 and the high-performance John Cooper Works Clubman. Painted in Sage Green Metallic, the Untold Edition marks the first time a Clubman has been available in this color. The lower cladding is a dark green, which creates a unique visual instead of the typical black cladding of other MINIs.

Contrasting Trim
Adding to the revised design palette of this edition are 18-inch Untold Spoke alloy wheels in Jet Black / Refined Brass. The Untold employs the same Refined Brass color for the grille surround and crossbar, as well as the CLUBMAN name spelled across the rear doors. Five narrow stripes run up the center of the hood and continue onto the roof in a patten specific to the Untold edition.

Matching Interior
Inside the Untold Countryman are sport seats trimmed in Sage Green leather with light-colored seams and piping for a premium look. The exterior color scheme continues onto the dash trim with a subtle striped pattern in green, contrasted by the Refined Brass surrounds of the air vents. Both the steering wheel and the floormats feature the Untold logo.

MINI Untamed Edition
The most adventurous of these latest special editions, the MINI Untamed treatment adorns the largest model in the MINI lineup: the Countryman. Available with the Cooper S Countryman as well as the plug-in hybrid Cooper SE Countryman All4, Untamed edition MINIs are painted in an all-new color for the brand — Momentum Grey Metallic.

Clean Styling
Unlike the Untold and Resolute editions, the Untamed Countryman has no bronze or gold trim. Most trim elements are finished in body color for a cleaner look. The roof and mirror caps are in black, as are the headlight surrounds and grille. Adding accents to this special Countryman are four diagonal stripes painted in Frozen Bluestone on the lower areas of the doors. Designers developed the two-tone look of the 18-inch wheels exclusively for this special Countryman.

Interior
Continuing with its adventurous theme, the sport seats in the Countryman Untamed get trimmed in nature-inspired colors, featuring Highland Green leather trim with blue and green contrasting stitching. A decorative trim piece in the dash is illuminated in Frozen Bluestone and has a landscape pattern similar to the door sills. At night owners will be able to see the “Untamed” lettering in the illumination.
